How we pack your parcel? (For mailing items)

Non-transparent Packaging Material we using maintain "DISCREET": Poly Mailer (grey color) & Kraft Bubble Mailer (yellow color) & Bubble Wrap

  • Labelling  : Only Name, Address and Telephone will be labelled on the parcel. 
  • Packing : We will wrap a layer of bubble wraps to protect the product from damage

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Policy (For Local Delivery only)

While we stock our products adequately for online sale, however, at times, some items may be out-of-stock just at the time of your purchase because of overwhelming response. We will notify you by sms, email or phone call to offer an alternative item should the item you purchased is no longer available. Amendments can be made before delivery cut-off time  (Subjected to customer's reply in time). 

Self Collection

"Same Day" Self Collection Option (Call / SMS us @ 96127885 with your order number/product SKU) @ 113, Eunos Ave 3, Gordon Industrial Building, Singapore 409838. Cash payment (COD) is available for this option

Singpost Registered Mail

Only for orders and pre-payment paid through PayPal or Bank/ Fund transfer upon confirmation of order.

You will receive your items from your address mailbox within 3-5 working days from date of dispatch.

Items will be automatically post out the very next working day after order and payment recieved. (Cut Off Time will be 7pm in order for us to prepare your parcel, after cut off time, it will be sent to Singpost in 1 working days)

You will be notified in any cases, if parcel wasn't post out the next working day

For SingPost Registered Mail you will be required to sign for delivery. You may check the status of your registered package by entering theSingPost website with the Registered Article Number which will be provided to you upon our dispatch to Singpost.

 * A tracking number will be sent to you after postage, so you can keep track of your items. Note for registered mail option, we will not able to ensure the delivery to be sent at your stipulate date/ time as it will be fully managed by Singpost.

*Cash payment (COD) is 'Not' Applicable for this option

Returns & Replacements

  1. We provide 7 days warranty for our products. But we won't accept return of any items for damages after use or damaged factitiously.
  2. Please contact us by email and briefly describe the damages together with pictures.
  3. Please respond within 2 days after your receipt if any damages
  4. Please allow little color difference due to different camera or light environment.
  5. We'll proceed your notice within 2 days after receiving. Refunds are made only if the replacement are not available. Buyers will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items.
